Clear, fair terms across our full range — so you know exactly where you stand before, during, and after your purchase.
At S-Tone we stand behind the quality of everything we sell. Every item is inspected before it reaches you. The terms below apply across our full range — nails, lashes, and SPMU — and explain what can be returned, how our electronics warranty works, and how to make a claim if something isn't right.
Please inspect all items as soon as you receive them. Any fault or damage must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery, together with a photo or short video and your proof of purchase.
Reporting quickly helps us resolve genuine faults fast and fairly.
Unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 7 days of purchase for exchange or credit. Proof of purchase is required.
For hygiene and safety reasons, this does not apply to opened or used products (see below).
Because these products come into contact with skin, nails, and eyes, they cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used — even within the 7-day window. This includes:
Brushes, tweezers, nail tips, mandrels, and accessories may be returned only if unopened and unused, within 7 days. Once used, they cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
UV/LED lamps, SPMU pens & machines, dust collectors, airbrush machines
Against manufacturing defects
All electronics carry a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects, except nail drills, which carry 3 months. Warranty covers manufacturing faults only — a defect in the material or workmanship of the product itself.
Any item confirmed to have a genuine manufacturing fault will be repaired, replaced, or credited at S-Tone's discretion. This applies to every product, regardless of category, and sits alongside your rights under Ghanaian law.
