The rate applies to that order only. Your next order gets the bracket that matches its own value. No one-time large spend locks in pricing permanently — the programme rewards consistent, growing orders.

Bundles are not discounted further for members. If you are a member and you purchase a bundle, you do not receive any additional discount on top of the bundle price. The bundle price is the final price, regardless of your membership status. This order-value discount applies to individual product and restock orders only.

Everyday consumables stay at wholesale. Consumables and accessories — files, buffers, cuticle tools, forms, applicators, tapes, glue rings, practice skins and similar — are already priced at wholesale, the same for every partner. They still count toward your order total, so they help you reach the next bracket, but the order-value percentage applies to core products only. There is no margin padding on these items to discount away — the price you see is already the floor. Look for the Everyday Wholesale tag on any product page — those items sit outside the order-value discount.

Your account and dashboard are ready the moment you apply. Every application is still reviewed personally within 24 hours, and you will receive a confirmation once your member status is approved.

Your discount applies immediately based on your order value. The bigger the order, the better the rate — no waiting, no thresholds to hit first.

Restock at your locked rate

Your purchase pricing is held for 90 days, and we remind you on day 80 while the rate still stands. Every order is priced on its own value — there is no status to climb and no target to chase.

Do I need to be an established salon to apply?

No. We welcome technicians at all stages — from newly qualified to multi-staff studios. What matters is that you work professionally and are serious about the quality of what you put on your clients.

Is there a minimum first order?

No minimum order to get started. Discounts begin at GHS 3,000 per order. Below that, you still have full access to the range at our standard member pricing — which is still significantly better than retail.

What happens after I submit my application?

Your application is reviewed personally — usually within 24 hours. If approved, you'll receive a WhatsApp confirmation from our team and a welcome to the S-Tone Member Circle. You can place your first order from that point.

How do the discounts work — do I need to commit to an annual spend?

No annual commitment. Your discount is calculated on each individual order. A GHS 6,000 order gets 15% off — regardless of what you ordered before or after. There is no tracking, no annual reset, no pressure to hit targets.

Can I order products not listed on the website?

Yes. Partners can request specific products, shades, or formulations not currently in our standard range. We'll source where possible through our London and Asia supply lines. WhatsApp us — that's the fastest route.

Is the partnership exclusive to Accra?

Not at all. We work with professionals across Ghana. Delivery arrangements for regions outside Accra are discussed at the point of order. Contact us to talk through the logistics for your area.
